Dr. Lyndon Low, Judy Lovett and Dr. Nhat Tran of North Stockton Rotary traveled to Costa Rica to assemble and deliver 280 wheelchairs to people who could not afford a wheelchair. This humanitarian trip was sponsored by Rotary International and The Wheelchair Foundation.
