ROTARY DISTRICT 5220 FRIDAY FACTS
September 23, 2005

Thursday Facts?

This issue of Friday Facts will actually be going out Thursday Sept. 22, due to the

Governor being at the Zone Institute on Friday.

Hurricane Katrina

President Mike Sullivan, of the Oakhurst Sierra Rotary Club, has advised us that

his club has sent $5,000 to the two Districts most affected by the hurricane. He

got the information on the two Districts by going to www.rotary.org, which has

continuing coverage of Rotary’s response to the hurricane. In addition, The

Rotary Foundation has established a donor advised fund (DAF), which clubs

could send donations to. Please let the Governor know of individual club

activities for Hurricane Katrina relief.
