2009 Rotary Read In at John R Williams School

 Hundreds of volunteers took part in Wednesday's Rotary Read-In, an annual event in which residents visit classrooms, read to students and donate books to schools. North Stockton Rotary sent over 80 readers to various K thru 3 classrooms in Stockton. Here are pictures of what went on at John R Williams, just one of the schools involved. Pictured are principle Nancy Martin, Rotarians: Chris Hunefeld, Mike McWeeney, and Andy Chesley. Also pictured are volunteers Georgette Hunefeld with her student son Billy and Wendy Hancock as well as many other students and volunteer readers!
